Ritaj, Abu Dhabi , UAE. Ritaj is one of those spots that people go to for one thing, and one thing only: biryani. It is not a place you visit for ambiance or a long sit-down meal, but if you’re after authentic Hyderabadi flavours, it delivers. The biryani is the clear standout, rich, fragrant, and properly spiced, with generous portions. I tried both mutton and chicken and my favourite was a mutton biryani.
