The Verdict
Scratch Burger Studio, Dubai, UAE. A recent arrival to the burger scene in Dubai. Serving three types of burgers: classic, smoked and Scratch (which comes with caviar and caviar cream). Everything is done in House, including the bun. I usually prefer the classic burger, but I wanted to give a try to their speciality burger. The bun holds well, the patty is thick and tasteful. A bit on the salty side for my taste. This is definitely a place that needs repeated visits.
