Ramen Hisa, Dubai, UAE. From the owners of Taka Hisa comes Ramen Hisa. The restaurant serves Ramen plus few other dishes. Ramen is a traditional Japanese noodle dish featuring Chinese-style alkaline wheat noodles served in a hot broth. Ramen is a fast-casual and street-food. Ramen Hisa present itself as a high-end ramen place. The price reflects that description. While the ramen dishes were good, I am not convinced that the price tag is just justified. The rice curry dish, however, was outstanding.
