The Verdict
Jing, Bejiing, China. Jing offers a refined interpretation of contemporary European cuisine in an elegant and setting. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated. The offering is a tasting menu. A few dishes may feel more subtle than memorable. Overall, Jing delivers a polished Michelin-starred dining experience. Service is robotic but not equally efficient. For example, after bringing the dessert and the Petit four, I was not asked whether I need coffee or tea.
