North Miznon
North Miznon. A Mediterranean restaurant serving Levantine dishes with a twist by Chef Eyal Shani who owns a dozen of restaurants around the world. The decor and ambience is simple and more to the casual side. The Focaccia bread was really nice, crispy from outside, hush from inside. The Musabaha was tasteful but had nothing to do with the traditional one. It was more of a large white lava beans made warm with brothThe Levantine bread was more of the famous Iranian bread and was over crispy that it scattered to small pieces and could not be used. The Hummus had a very thick texture and tasted a bit bland. The fish stew dish was tasteful and the adding of Tahini enhanced the flavour. The Malabi (Mohallabia) was the star of the evening.overall I left satisfied but not convinced, with mixed feelings.
