The Verdict

Burnt Ends is a modern barbecue restaurant. Almost everything on the menu touches the two oven, four-tonne brick kiln. One Michelin star. The restaurant occupies an entire building to house all its multiple concepts under one roof: bakery, wine cellar, cocktail bar and main restaurant. Decor is casual with wooden tables and leather chairs. The menu is just one page which has small bites and mains which are either seafood or meat. When are we going to have such a restaurant in Dubai? Buy they don’t serve Coke! Service could not have been better; very friendly and efficient.
