Soul Kitchen, Dubai, UAE. A restaurant that combines Lebanese and Latin American cuisines. They call it “Lela cuisine”. So you would find on the menu ceviche on the one side and Hummus on the other side. Some dishes are brilliantly creative like the Tabuleh Ceviche. The starters outshined the mains. The desserts were also very good. The decor and ambience is cozy and relaxed. The vibe is however trendy and young. Service was attentive and friendly.
