Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, Niko Romito, a chef already lauded by Michelin for his three Michelin stars restaurant Reale in the southern Italian region of Abruzzo launched this uber-cool and stylish restaurant located within the Bulgari Resort Hotel. It is authentic Italian restaurant different to what you may find in other Italian restaurants in Dubai. It needs an acquired taste, so may be not for everyone but it is worth it.
