Bachir, founded in the little town of Bikfaya, Lebanon in 1936 by two brothers, Maurice & Edward Bachir who espoused two sisters, Marie-Antoinette & Yvette Bejjani, and all four started making ice cream in the backyard of the house they lived in together. Their specialty is cream ice cream قشطة and it is really very good.
