A nearly 100-year-old corner space in Greenwich Village dating back to 1930s is home for a famous burger; the Minetta burger, a blend of highest quality short rib and brisket, manages a comparable juiciness. The exact proportions of this Pat La Freida is top-secret. It is the dry aged ribeye that really gives this burger its flavour punch. My rating is Excellent.
