Mayg by Chef Aadel Ouaoua (RSVP). A new European fine dining concept. In Dubai it is unusual to have a fine dining concept outside hotels so hopefully this will succeed. The offering is Mediterranean cuisine with some Asian items like the Gyoza. I very much liked Chef Adel’s creation in RSVP where there is was a marriage between European cuisine and Middle Eastern ingredients. The carpaccio de carabinero and the supreme chicken were the highlights of the meal. But the desserts were outstanding. The interior is charming and elegant. If the restaurant can survive the location and being dry it has great potentials.
