Amador
Amador, a 3 Michelin star restaurant located in a wine cellar. Chef Juan Amador, brings a unique fusion of Spanish and German (where he was born of Spanish descent) culinary traditions. Flexible in accommodating specific dietary requirements. The meal started with small bites called “tapas”. Course number one was a play on French cuisine. An ice cream of beurre blanc was topped with caviar, over pumpernickel croutons and oysters. Other than the pigeon course everything else was delicious. Polished and attentive service. Started good but it fell apart later, and the breaks seemed long between courses. No phone reception and no Wi-Fi
