The SIB Dubai

Sib is a relatively new addition to the Iranian culinary scene in Dubai, having been open for over a year. I’ve often wondered why there aren’t more Iranian restaurants in Dubai, given the historical ties and geographic proximity to Iran. Fortunately, there are now several excellent Iranian dining options in the city, and Sib is certainly one worth exploring. The menu features typical Iranian dishes, but they also offer unique items exclusive to them. The Kase Kabab and the Tahdig Bomb (last two photos) are must-tries, though they are quite rich. Their Koobeedeh is also very good.
