Steinheil 16, located in a quiet side street in Munich’s train station district. This restaurant offers the classic Bavarian cuisine; schnitzel which was excellent and the portion is big. They have pork and turkey schnitzel. Beef schnitzel is served only on Friday. The staff were very friendly.

Welcome to Steinheil 16, a culinary gem in the heart of Munich’s Maxvorstadt district! Our restaurant, located in close proximity to the Pinakotheken art gallery, Königsplatz, and just 100 meters from the Technical University of Munich, is acclaimed in numerous city guides for its tempting schnitzel creations. For over 20 years, we have been lovingly preparing what are probably the largest and perhaps best schnitzels in the city, a fact cherished by Munich residents, tourists, businesspeople, and students alike.
