Sofi, Berlin, Germany. Tucked inside a quiet courtyard. It feels more like a neighborhood bakery than a trend-driven Berlin hotspot. The atmosphere is Scandinavian minimalistic. Seating can become frustrating during peak hours because of the constant queues and limited space. The menu focuses on a small number of things. The croissant was the star here, perfectly crispy. Similarly, the bun and pain au chocolat, both buttery and properly textured.
