#chef Simon Rogan's recent London one #Michelin star outpost, Roganix is about fresh ingredients using plenty of techniques including pickling and curing in a brilliant way with an outcome of mouthwatering dishes (apart from one). Much of the produce comes from their farm in Cartmel. My rating is excellent.
