The Verdict

Paradise Soho, a a small contemporary Sri Lankan restaurant in the heart of Soho. SriLankan spices and flavours are added to largely British ingredients. Choice of 3 set menus. It is to be noted that Sri Lankan food is nothing like Indian: it is hotter, drier, has a different spices and flavors. It may not be for everyone.

About this Restaurant

Open for Business

Set on Rupert Street, a side-street in London’s illustrious Soho, Paradise combines Sri-Lankan and British produce into a unique culinary experience, giving a distinctly contemporary UK nuance to Sinhalese cuisine that is not bound by tradition.

Challenging traditional expectations, Paradise offers an ingredient focused journey with a fiery island accent – rooted in unfamiliar flavours and innovation.

Our menus reflect the sensitivity of the seasons and the tireless efforts of the people that work the land and the sea – both at home and in Sri Lanka.

Our home at 61 Rupert Street reflects a modern Sri-Lankan wallauwa, interpreted through the lens of one of the country’s most prolific architects, Geoffrey Bawa.

From Sri-Lanka to Soho, this is Paradise.
