Novikov Cafe, after the restaurant closing its doors in Dubai in 2018. It comes back bringing the café-brassiere tradition to all-day dining. The Cafe’s recipes revolve around simple cooking that offers a modern take on French food. I came here for breakfast, so my rating is confined to it.
