The Verdict

Mathura supposedly serving #indianfood in a #finedining style. Listed in #michelin and run by renowned #chef Atul Kochhar (Kanishka in Mayfair) I have to admit that I expected more, much more. The food was ok but nothing special or seriously appealing. The other point is that if you are going to do a fine dining style restaurant particularly when it comes to sit menus, then you should do it properly Else don’t even bother with it. How can you force a city menu on large groups while ignoring the #dessert section. We had to choose a set menu only to find out that there is no dessert on the menu! Dessert serving is an integral part of fine dining concept. It should have been included in the menu. Overall rating is #good.
