The Verdict
L’Ambroisie is a traditional French restaurant that has maintained three Michelin stars for more than thirty years. it’s one of the most traditional three-stars in the world. The name “L’Ambroisie” comes from Greek mythology and means both “food for gods”. No tasting menu, a la carte only and menu is only in French. The dining philosophy is traditional a la carte with three to four courses of luxurious food served in generous portions. The food is classic yet creative and delicious. The chocolate tart was insane. It had been on the menu for 36 consecutive years.
