La Maison Troisgros
Troisgros, set within the gardens of a Relais & Châteaux hotel, has one of the best dining rooms around; modern with a striking design with sculptures stretching to the ceiling. The restaurant has been in the same family since Jean-Baptisite Troisgros founded it in 1930. It earned its third Michelin star in 1968 and has kept them ever since. It is also on the Discovery list of WB50 restaurants. The menu has a modern take on French classics like escargot. The kitchen is grand and impressive. The dishes are quite creative.
