House of Ming, Chinese cuisine inspired by regional Sichuan and Cantonese cooking and owned by the Taj Group of hotels. The restaurant is big but split into lots of smaller sections. The “Scallop golden garlic” was the best of all the dim sum; very thin and delicate.
