Canton Blue in the Peninsula offering innovative Cantonese cuisine. Canton Blue is part of a brand housed inside Peninsula hotels around the world. The Peking Duck was very good, but the fried rice and the noodles were a let down. Honestly, a hotel such as the Peninsula deserves a better restaurant.
