Building on the proven foundation of haute cuisine (awards as of March 2024 under Chef de Cuisine Anton Gschwendtner: two stars in the Michelin Guide, four toques in Gault & Millau, 9 pans from Gusto, and 3 F from Feinschmecker), Chef Anton Gschwendtner has been demonstrating since November 2021 that enjoyment also becomes a work of art on the plate.
