The Verdict
963 Berlin, Germany. Born of a third-culture Levantine diaspora, 963 is a modern Mediterranean dining leaning into Levantine influences. The menu focuses on classics with contemporary approach though some dishes play it slightly safe instead of pushing boundaries. Some items were uninspiring (truffles on falafel), however some were seriously creative like the labneh. Desserts were on the weak side. Presentation is elegant. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Service was attentive and professional.
