The Verdict
Yalanj Restaurant, Al Ain, UAE. Al Ain is experiencing noticeable changes recently and it is reflecting on its culinary scene. A Syrian experience by Chef Dema Chakir. A casual and relaxed setting. The Hara Sobho and the Fettat waraq enab were very good. The Hummus’s texture, on the other hand was not creamy and needed more lemon. Also, the daily dish with chicken was over salty. The Main course is limited in choice and some items are repeated; chicken made with 4 different styles. Service was unfortunately inattentive
