Tatel
3 / 5
TATEL, the Spanish restaurant backed by Cristiano Ronaldo, Rafael Nadal and Pau Gasol has opened in Dubai in Hotel Boulevard. Tatel Dubai is part of a global chain of restaurants that began in Madrid. The menu at Tatel Dubai offers a range of traditional Spanish dishes with a modern twist. Spanish cuisine has not been successful in Dubai until recently when QABU by Paco Morales opened. My personal experience with Tatel was the following: Oysters were ruined being over sauced, the crispy calamari and the apple tart were both soggy. The Senorete Rice (a name for paella) was very good and so was the cheesecake. However all food and I mean all was served lukewarm and even cold.
