Prin Polsuk
The Verdict
Samrub Samrub On the list of Michelin and WB50. It is a small private kitchen of chef Prin Polsuk (formerly Nahm and Mandarin Oriental’s Sala Rim Naam). Almost like a warehouse. Cable counter and a few tables. One set menu chef’s table style—the main course served in a few different dishes to eat with rice (and top up as much as you want). This restaurant is not for everyone’s palate. It’s experimental.
