The Verdict

Nusara, means colourful Thai Cuisine. It landed the No. 10 spot on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.Chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn is trained at New York’s Culinary Institute of America and is really talented. The concept of Nusara is authentic traditional family recipes using modern techniques and presentation. I found the appetizers to be excellent and outshined the mains. In fact, I couldn’t figure out the mains. They were too authentic/Thai for my taste. I didn’t even know what some items were.Service is top notch, in fact the best I have seen in Thailand.
