Loya
Loya at the Taj is a way to experience rich flavours of India’s North right from Kashmir to Himachal to Punjab. Loya comes from a Pashtun word which means a gathering for a feast. It aims to move away from the standard Butter Chicken to bring a wider gamut of local flavours to the fore. There are no gimmicks, just high-quality and well-plated flavourful dishes. The glass-fronted kitchen allows you to see the chefs at work. The Chaat was the highlight of the meal. And the Jalebi dessert was the best I ever had.
