Le Neuvieme Art With 2 ⭐️ this place is a must visit in Lyon. French classics with a modern take. Tasting menu with a choice of mains. The snail dish had a modern twist, was creative and tasteful. However, the appetizers outshined the mains for which I was a bit underwhelmed. What I don’t understand is the policy in few fine dining restaurants in France not to serve Coke or Pepsi and the insistence of serving a horrible French version. Where is the customer’s choice?!
