Kjolle
Kjolle, is chef Pía León’s first independent venture. She rose to fame as the head chef of Central, which was named The World’s Best Restaurant in 2023. Kjolle means a high altitude Andean tree. The restaurant offers both à la carte and tasting menus. The food is excellent and meticulously prepared without compromising on the substance. Service was very polished.
