The Verdict
Il Gattopardo is the recent addition to Italian culinary scene in Dubai . The ambience and decoration by interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán adds a wow factor. The menu ranges from small plates to full Italian courses, with modern take on classic dishes. They don’t serve bread nor olive oil which is quite strange for an Italian restaurant. The carpaccio and the truffle pizza were great. The tiramisu, though on the sweet side, was also good.
