Flør, a Modern European Cuisine by Chef TIMOFEY SULIMA (michelinguide Bib Gourmet 2022 at Flør Moscow). The décor is chic, the atmosphere elegant, and the service both friendly and attentive. Highlights include the roast beef on the stone. The ravioli with duck confit also stood out. I came here for lunch and noticed that the dinner menu has a larger selection. I think it is worth visiting for dinner also. I was not sure whether to rate it at 4/5 or 4.5/5. Frankly, there was nothing that I could comment on the food. Everything was executed properly. For now, I will rate it at 4/5 with a revisit likely to revise that upward.
