The Verdict
Bibi is a contemporary Indian restaurant from Chef Patron Chet Sharma. After completing a PhD in physics, he went on to follow his passion and work in kitchens like The Ledbury, Moor Hall and Gymkhana before opening his restaurant. The two tasting menus are named atter his grandmothers (bibis), Kamal and Ranjana. This is not your classic Indian restaurant. You will not find here the classic Indian dishes that you are used to like Biryani, Dahl, curries or breads. And they serve no Coke neither chamomile tea! I don’t understand when restaurants force their drinks on customers. Where is the freedom of choice!
