Arum, Franschhoek, South Africa. Set on the Boschendal Estate, Arum offers a beautiful farm setting which creates a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The restaurant is part of the FYN Group, founded by chef Peter Tempelhoff, whose flagship restaurant, FYN in Cape Town, has earned international recognition. The menu is centred on seasonal, farm driven ingredients cooked over fire. It well worth the visit. Dishes were creative and delicious. Desserts provided a satisfying finish to the meal. This was our best meal in South Africa. Service is warm, knowledgeable and polished.
