Arkestra is housed in a former residential villa built in the 1960’s, and is home to three distinct spaces:Restaurant, Listening Room, and Ritmo.The dining room is elegant. Service ispolished and friendly.Chef Cenk Debensason, drawing from his extensive travels, infuses his dishes with a blend of classic techniques and global flavors, particularly Asian influences.Strangely bread and butter is a charged course which is strange for a fine dining restaurant.The Katsu Sando’s cut thicker to typical in Japan. Other than these two comments the food was Creative with substance. The dishes were full of flavours and travel from one plate to another. This is the best fine dining experience in Istanbul.
