Amber
4.5 / 5
Amber, Now in its 18th year of operation. After closing for renovation in 2018, Amber made a stunning comeback in May 2019. Dutch-born chef Richard Ekkebus’s restaurant has undergone a radical revamp. The refreshed space feels natural, with soft curves and undulating gold sculptures hanging overhead. As opposed to the à la carte of the past, it now serves only prix-fixe menus, one of which is vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free with reduced salt. The new Amber no longer uses dairy, gluten, refined sugar or salt. Food is of high quality, innovative and will pleasure any palate.
