Aksam Simit Firini

Simit is a circular bread, typically encrusted with sesame seeds or, less commonly, poppy, flax or sunflower seeds, found across the cuisines of the former #Ottoman Empire. Simit is a very popular bread in Turkey and is found in almost every #breakfast whether in a plain format or as a sandwich. I have tried Simit on various occasions but nothing, nothing at all beats the one I tired in this small bakery in Gaziantep. It is so delicious that I could have it every day in my life and I would still enjoy it. You need to try to understand what I mean.
