Restaurante Akelare | Pedro Subijana. 3 #michelin ⭐️ Chef Pedro Subijana is one of the founding fathers of the New Basque Cuisine movement. The restaurant offers two tasting menus, all equally priced, showcasing the different sides of this Basque institution. They are flexible on changes which is a very positive point. The food is definitely creative but nothing wow when it comes to taste. Desserts were the star of the show. Professional and friendly service
