The Verdict

Demon Duck by Alvin Leung, the eponymous celebrity chef known for his fun and bold style of cooking with innovative twist to Chinese and Asian classics, with a duck specialty menu. After Hong Kong and London, this is his first restaurant in the Middle East. The food was hit and miss with some dishes being very good while others average. Turning to the star of the show; the Peking duck. Here it’s Dhs 625 for a whole bird, with no options for smaller portions. Frankly, I had better ones even in Dubai. We were three, and we all agreed that the duck was the less appealing of all the dishes that we tried.Category: fine diningRecommended dishes: Shrimp Toast. Crispy ginger beef strips.
