Dr. Habib Al Mulla
Walid Mohammad Bakhit Bakery
3.5 / 5
Walid Mohammad Bakhit Bakery, located in a residential area, has been open for over 40 years. It serves Rigag, a very thin and crispy bread typically served with Mehsawa (fish sauce). However, in more modern versions, it can be served with Zattar, egg, cheese, honey, or even Oman Chips. They also serve Nakhey (chickpeas) and Bajela (broad beans). The Nakhey and the Bajela were excellent. The Regag was also good, albeit slightly thick. These are typically served for breakfast, but they can be enjoyed at any time of day. A culinary experience in Dubai is incomplete without trying these hidden gems. Dubai is known for more than just its five-star restaurants; it also has authentic street food. Be brave and give them a try.
