The Verdict
Villa Bosphorus, a #seafood restaurant with stunning views over the #bosphorus . The small shrimps tava was very good and probably the only memorable dish. The rilled sea bass was ok, the octopus was chewy. The service was disjointed; forgetting orders that were made and lengthy delays.
