In 1984, Dr Barazi, a dentist with an extraordinary passion for the art of flavor. embarked on a venture called “Somer” that fused middle eastern and Asian spices to form an innovative twist on a classic chicken tikka. Decades later in 2019 dr Barazi’s culinary journey continued with the inception of “ beizat” a franchise that would redefine middle eastern classics such as the falafel. He reimagined this staple and introduced a fresh perspective.
