The Verdict
The Spaniel is a British brasserie that incorporates locally sourced ingredients such as Dibba Bay oysters and Hatta honey. Led by Chef Will Stanyer, the menu highlights classic British dishes, including smoked salmon, Scotch egg, beef Wellington, and fish and chips. It also offers a twist on the British national dish with the cod tikka masala. The beef wellington was amazing. In fact every dish we tried was very good. The toffee pudding was a bit on the dry side but otherwise tasteful.
