The Verdict
The Ninth Cut, located outside Novotel Al Barsha this is a butchery, deli and a restaurant. You walk through the butcher’s counter and behind the deli, and you enter into the restaurant. Chic and elegant decor. It seems that the restaurant follows a fusion approach. The Kibbeh Nayeh is not what you would expect from the name (photo 6), same goes with Tabouleh. I believe the restaurant still needs certain tweaking. Our orders got mixed; the type of meat we ordered and the style of cooking. The potato was served cold, and I mean cold. The steak was ok but nothing to praise about. The desserts were good.
