The Verdict

Tezukuri, Dubai, UAE. Dubai’s new handroll restaurant. This is a new venture of chef Neha Mishra, chef-founder of popular Kinoya which started as a supper club and became popular in Dubai before expanding to London. The nori (toasted seaweed) was thick and chewy. The oyster spring roll was creative, but just okay. They had only one dessert available from the menu. Probably these are teething issues which can be fine tuned.
