4.5 / 5
Bruno Verjus
Price per Person € 200

Table, Bruno Verjus the "self-taught chef", as he calls himself, is a remarkable character: an entrepreneur, blogger, food critic and now even an author. The beauty of his cuisine is in its simplicity with his ever-changing seasonal menu that puts the quality of the ingredients centre stage. With 2 stars under his belt this place is a serious one. The cheese selection was wow. Unfortunately the photo was boring so I didn’t take one. The dipping of the madeleine in olive oil was weird even for my taste but was delicious.
