The Verdict
Sufra. Situated in an early 20th-century villa, Sufra serves Jordanian classics, such as mansaf. The restaurant is very popular because of its charming sitting and serving classic Jordanian dishes in upscale dining atmosphere. The potential and the ambition to deliver outstanding fine food is visible and tangible. However, Sufra fails to deliver on its mission. The food was good but nothing to rave about.

Open for Business
The first restaurant to serve a wide variety of Jordanian homemade dishes in an authentic setting. Sufra Restaurant is housed in a lovely old villa in the old Jabal Amman area down the famous Rainbow Street.
