The Verdict
Sorn With 2 Michelin under its belt and ranked number 2 on Asia’s best Restaurants no wonder it is the most difficult restaurants to book in Bangkok. Reservations once made cannot be altered, and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Supaksorn ‘Jongsiri focuses on south of Thailand cuisine and ingredients. The cuisine in that region is more spicy, in fact, very spicy and so is the cuisine in Sorn. Spiciness hits you after you finish the bite. Yet the food is creative and tasteful. The dining experience is 3 hours long with 28 courses. The service is top notch.
